Return Policy

We guarantee that all merchandise shipped is in retail quality condition. However, we are not responsible for damage that may occur during shipping. If you ordered the wrong title, you may return it for store credit or a gift certificate, as long it has not been read and is in resalable condition (no cracked spines). Shipping cost are not refundable.

All previously read books are returnable within ten (10) days of receipt, if returned in the same condition as sent, and shipped and insured as received. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Special ordered merchandise is not part of our regular inventory, therefore, it is not returnable.

Books-on-tape, Books-on-cd, videos or books including software disks are not returnable once opened. So be sure to read all the accompanying information when you receive the product before you open it.

All returns must be within ten (10)days from receipt. Notification of return is required.
