For in-stock titles: Orders will be shipped when all available items have been gathered. In-stock items will not be shipped individually. Orders that qualify for free shipping that also contain one or more ineligible items will be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items. For preorders: Because books "on order" ship upon arrival, shipping charges for these items are applied individually per title. Preorders do not count toward the total of your in-stock order.
